2) Accessibility status

We aim for the website to be accessible and usable, following best practices aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

If you need a formal conformance statement (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA / WCAG 2.2 AA), we can publish one once the site has been audited.

3) What we’re doing to support accessibility

We design and build with accessibility in mind, including:

  • clear heading structure and readable typography
  • keyboard navigation support (where interactive elements exist)
  • visible focus states for links and controls
  • responsive layouts that work across devices and zoom levels
  • forms designed with labels and helpful error handling (where applicable)
  • link text that aims to be descriptive (not “click here”)

Accessibility isn’t a one-off task - it’s part of how we ship. If something slips, we want to know.

4) Known limitations

We’re a small team and we continuously improve. Some areas may not yet be perfect. For example:

  • some third-party embeds (e.g., scheduling or video) may have limitations outside our control
  • older PDFs or documents (if any are linked) may not be fully accessible
  • some imagery may not yet have the ideal descriptive alternative text

If you run into a limitation, email us and we’ll offer an alternative format or route where we can.

5) Feedback and enforcement

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you contact us, we’ll do our best to:

  • acknowledge your message promptly
  • work to resolve the issue
  • offer an alternative way to access the information if needed

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may be able to escalate your concern to an appropriate regulator or advisory body. In the UK, accessibility obligations can vary depending on the organisation and site type.
